Enter the email for your existing, approved RK Supply access account.

Set a new password.

Open the reset email from UniFi and follow the link. Check your junk folder, too.

Sign in and go.

Open UID Enterprise and sign in to RK Supply. Your existing access stays in place.

CONTINENTAL CLR.com — HOW-TO

For Continental (CLR.com) employees and approved contractors using ONSITE-112. Start at clr.rksupply.net to set your password, then sign in to UID Enterprise. Use your approved email address, including an approved contractor address. Screenshots show iPhone; Android screens may look different.

GUIDE 01

SET YOUR PASSWORD.

For your existing, approved RK Supply access account.

  1. Open the Continental CLR portal.

    Go to clr.rksupply.net. In the reset box, enter your email address and tap SEND RESET LINK. You create the password on UniFi’s page after opening the email link.

  2. Open the reset email.

    Look for an email from UID Enterprise titled Your Account Password Has Been Reset by Admin - RK Supply. Check junk or spam if needed. Tap Reset Password in that email. The link expires in 24 hours.

  3. Choose your password.

    Follow the password requirements shown on the UniFi page, enter and confirm your new password, then submit. Keep this password for the phone app. If the link has expired or the email does not arrive, contact help@rksupply.net.

  4. Sign in to RK Supply.

    If a sign-in page appears, enter your own email and the password you just created, then tap Sign In. This guide uses the email and password fields.

  5. Set up email verification if prompted.

    On Set Up MFA Method for Sign-Ins, tap Set Up beside Email Authentication. Confirm your own email address and tap Send me the code. Open your inbox, then return and enter the new code before it expires. Do not use a code from a screenshot.

  6. Finish setup.

    When Setup Completed appears, tap Done, then Next. If email authentication was already configured, you may only need to verify a code. Continue with the app guide below.

GUIDE 02

INSTALL THE PHONE APP.

Use UID Enterprise and the password you created above.

  1. Install UID Enterprise.

    On iPhone, open the App Store; on Android, open Google Play. Search for UID Enterprise by Ubiquiti. Match the blue icon with Enterprise at the bottom. Tap Get, the download icon, or Install, then Open.

  2. Enter the RK Supply workspace.

    In the workspace field, type rksupply. The app adds .ui.com, making rksupply.ui.com. Tap Continue.

  3. Continue to the sign-in page.

    On iPhone, if UID asks to use rksupply.ui.com to sign in, tap Continue.

  4. Sign in with your email and password.

    Enter your own approved email and the password you created in Guide 01. Tap Sign In. If this is your first sign-in and MFA setup appears, complete the email verification steps in Guide 01.

  5. Verify your email when asked.

    Tap Send Code. Check your email and enter the latest six-digit verification code in the app. If the code expires, request a new one when the resend button becomes available.

  6. Review the phone permissions.

    Allow Bluetooth when prompted so the app can connect to door readers. For location, choose Allow While Using App to detect nearby doors while using it. A later Always Allow prompt is for background location access. Review that choice based on how you use the app. Notifications let the app show alerts.

  7. Check your Doors tile.

    After your access is assigned, sign in and open Doors on the RK Supply home screen. Your Continental location is ONSITE-112. If that location is missing, contact help@rksupply.net.

  8. Unlock your door.

    When you are at ONSITE-112, tap the lock button for your assigned door in UID Enterprise to unlock it.
